Hauseit is a FSBO listing platform and discount brokerage that helps sellers list their home on the multiple listing service and popular consumer portals without paying a traditional seller's agent commission. It also offers full-service real estate agent offerings similar to traditional brokerages.
Sellers purchase listing services from Hauseit, and Hauseit then lists the seller's home on the MLS. The seller will handle all inquiries and the remainder of the sales process. For full-service offerings, Hauseit partner agents will support the buy or sell process from end-to-end.
According to most sources, Hauseit charges a ~$500 fee for listing services. It also offers a full service listing option for a 1% commission as well as a buyer's agent service with up to a 2% commission rebate.
Hauseit generates revenue through flat fees paid on each listing service sale as well as commissions on any full service transactions.
