On approval, Curbio will perform the necessary pre-listing work and will be paid from the proceeds of the home sale at settlement.
According to most sources, Curbio charges directly for the work and materials required to complete a pre-listing project. That said, because Curbio is paid from the home sale, it does require the home owner to reduce the price of the home if the home does not sell for some period of time, or to pay for the value of the improvements.
